anyone know if there are any delays to deliveys of BT equipment,
I ordered Fibre with BT Halo 3 on the 2/12/2021 and still have not received my new equipment, an engineer was booked for the 4/12/2021 to install it, the engineer telephoned me before hand and asked if I had the equipment ready to install, I said no I had not, I was under the impression that he would bring the equipment with him/her

Not sure what you are expecting because most broadband packages are self install, unless they are FTTP, in which case the modem is provided by Openreach, and the BT Smart Hub 2 supplied by BT.

I have no idea, I upgraded to the new Halo 3 as I was on an old broadband package and was told I would receive the new router etc by mail (as my current router is 3-4 years old) and an engineer would be out to install it ?
Hi @JetFan The add on benefit of Halo 3 does not automatically include any equipment. Only if you upgraded to Halo 3+, Complete WiFi or Digital Voice do you get the latest Hub. https://www.bt.com/exp/halo
