Sooo I have contacted bt and open reach without any success. I have a pole at the end of my lane which has fibre all the houses around me have fibre and both bt and open reach are telling me it’s not available at my postcode. Can anyone please direct me in the right direction as we don’t have good broadband it’s basically non existent.
