Forum erroring when changing page within a topic

Go to solution

Now and again, but more often again, I get the message below when a topic has several pages and I wish to move to the next screen.

Researching the MS site, we are recommended to advise the website owner, so here we are:

Request Entity Too Large

The requested resource
/t5/Bills-Packages/Fibre-is-coming-I-live-rurally-and-do-not-presently-have-a/td-p/2167251/page/3
does not allow request data with GET requests, or the amount of data provided in the request exceeds the capacity limit.

I get something like that occasionally and clearing browser cache and history appears to fix it

Its cause by too many cookies within the request, which makes the url too long.

Simply clear the cookies associated with community.bt.com.

Just back from shopping!

Thank you both @imjolly and @Keith_Beddoe  - that solution worked perfectly.

For some reason, a cookie is generated for each post you visit, so eventually you end up with too many.
