Free BT Sport app

Hi. I am having a problem setting up the free bt sport on my bt mobile. I have a £22/month plan and I have bt fibre broadband with Now TV. When I try to place an order for the sport app I get to a screen which asks for my Now tv log-in email (which is the same as my bt email address). It then rejects this email address and asks for another. Baffling. Any suggestions appreciated.

What domain is your email address on? (your BT login doesn't have to be a BT email address) there is a known problem with Sky and EE email addresses

What is the BTTV package you have ? do you have BT Sports as part of the BTTV subscription, £22/month plan doesn't really help narrow things down.
