I've received an email offering me a free upgrade to full fibre at no extra cost, I just have to renew my contract. I'm currently on the Halo 2 option with download speeds between 66 and 73Mbs. No matter what option I choose I am shown an increase of £10+ on my current monthly costs to improve on my current speeds. What am I doing wrong or is this just a misleading offer?
