Trying to watch Harlequins v Saracens on the BT Sport app on a PS5, but every time I start the stream from live it freezes after ~10 seconds. Eventually error code VC019 comes up. The player is also very slow and laggy in general.
Watching from the start is fine, but it freezes as soon as I fast forward closer to live.
I have tried restarting the app, the playstation and the router with no luck.
