A few days ago (5/6/20) my partner and I took out the full fibre 900 package and we've been plagued with speed issues. My PC is connected over Ethernet to the Smart Hub 2, and when running various speed tests I'm getting anywhere in the region of 400-550Mb download and 105-120Mb upload, what could be the issue?
I've done some rudimentry troubleshooting involving connecting my PC directly to the Modem bypassing the Hub and connecting over PPPoE with the results still being exactly the same.
