Thanks folks.  As I understand it then Cabinet 5 has not been upgraded yet, and so I can hope that may happen some time in the future, in the meantime I'll keep checking availability and send an info request to Digital Scotland.  Cheers

Because it was BDUK funded Digital Scotland can push Openreach to upgrade it.
