I had my bt installed last friday and when i do the check wifi signal on the mybt app it says my signal is poor even though i am sat 5 ft in front of the hub ..what can i do ?
I would suspect the phone first, do you have other Wi-Fi devices and if so do they connect OK?
This is using a new galaxy s20 and using the my bt app so dont see how it would be an issue with the phone ?
I have also downloaded my bt app on another phone and get exact same result
Turn off Smart Setup and try again.

did that and run test again..exactly the same result
are you connecting to the 2.4 or 5ghz wireless network ?
Shouldn't matter if I'm sat 2 ft in front of the hub the 2.4 to 5 only makes a difference if the signal needs to travel through walls
any other ideas

You seem to forget that contributors to this forum are just customers like yourself, they do it voluntarily, do not get paid a penny and are under no obligation to help
