Google Classroom won't load with BT Parental Controls

I cannot get Google Classroom (all of my kids' homework is on Google Classroom) to load properly with ANY BT parental controls switched on. The basic screen appears and then it just buffers forever and none of the links or detail appear. I have tried customising my controls and unchecking File Sharing, Media Streaming, Search Engines and Social Media. I have specifically listed under Allowed Websites: 'classroom.google.com' 'docs.google.com' and 'edu.google.com'. None of this has worked.

I have tried accessing Google Classroom on the kid's chromebooks and my MacBook. If I disable all parental controls it works perfectly on every device but if I apply ANY controls, say ONLY pornography with all the 'classroom.google.com' options listed under allowed websites it doesn't work on any of our devices.

I have just spent over an hour to BT technical support and been told that there's nothing else that they can suggest and I have read through the forum posts but I've already tried the suggestions offered, Can anyone help?

Thanks. I saw that. It recommends unchecking File Sharing and listing classroom.google.com as an allowed website. Both of which I've tried but neither works.

Someone from BT has just suggested that I switch off my parental controls but when asked don't save the existing settings to re-set them. I did this and then shut everything down, went back in and reset with only light settings. This seems to have worked.
