HELP - AmpliFi Alien Router and BT Sport

Hi everyone

I am having problems getting my internet streaming channels like BT Sport to work. I spoke to BT Support and it seems the problem lies with the fact I am not using the Homehub and have a different setup at home. I'm using The AmpliFi Alien mesh router setup. 

My Fibre 900 works perfectly through it but I cannot get the TV channels to work. The Now app and other apps on the BT TV Box works but the streaming channels do not. 

I assume there is some sort of configuration or playing with port forwarding etc that I havent done I was hoping someone who might know more can help me with.

Any help would be appreciated! 🙂

BT subscription channels are delivered over multicast, so unless your network has the capability to pass multicast streams, then its not going to work. Look for an option which says IGMP snooping, as enabling that may fix the problem.

OK Ive looked for that and think my router supports this, I've checked the box any other ideas?
