HP Printer can see 'BTWIFI' but not my network SSID

Hi, I have a HP printer which I'm trying to setup using the HP wizard.  When I get to the bit where it wants to connect to available networks it can see some neighbours networks (weak) and my router's public BTWIFI network SSID (strong) but not my own SSID.  Any ideas?  Thanks

Try splitting the WiFi bands if you have anything other than a Smart Hub 2. If you have a SH2, temporarily turn off the 5Ghz WiFi, connect the printer and then restore the 5Ghz signal.

Thanks but no luck. Phone can see separate SSIDs now but printer only sees the public BTWIFI network.

That is totally weird, does it see the SSIDs if you temporarily turn off the security (WPA2)?

Can other wireless devices see your hub's SSid?

Just noticed that you have stated they can see the SSids.
