Home move and no mini hub


I moved house 2 Nov and upgraded to Halo1. Registered move with bt 8th Oct. OR engineer due on 4th Nov but no show. I rang 150 lady was helpful said she would investigate and call me back on 5th at 11.00ish in the meantime she would send a mini hub to get me online. No call back and more annoying was no mini hub. So another call and over an hour wait to speak to someone he too said he'd investigate and confirmed hub would be with me today. Am now on hold again as no received no call back or minihub.

I meed it urgently as i have to work from home
