Home phone - only one handset now works

I have just been transferred to wifi calling I did have 3 handsets, 2 downstairs and 1 up now the only one working is the one which is plugged into the router. Is there any way I can get them all to work, as if not I might as well scrap my home phone and just use my mobile. Any help would be much appreciated thanks

@RMT

Ask BT for a Digital Voice adapter, and then plug your existing phones into that, instead of plugging them into your master socket where they must have been originally.

It should be provided free.

Normally when moved to digital voice you get the choice of a free DV phone or a free adapter
