How do I get an engineer out to move my ONT up the wall a bit?

I need to move the ONT up the wall a bit to make space for some new pipe work which will run just above the skirting.

Can I book and engineer for this and any ideas as to the rough cost?

You can book an engineer to do it. IIRC the minimum carge is £85. I'll try and find out tomorrow for you.
