How to order a BT TV's Extra Box

How can I order a BT TV extra box to watch BT TV channels in another room? also how is the box connected to the Wi-fi router ? My main box is physically plugged into the wi-fi router.

Hi @alanincapel, you can order an extra box subscription by contacting our Value team on 0800 800 150. The box is a Youview Z4 box that needs to be hard-wired via ethernet to your Home Hub.
