Hi is there an issue with turning down the bright blue light on hybrid connect? It will not even turn off when using BT app. I’m no tech guy but maybe a new software update would resolve this!
I’ve recently set up Halo 3 and have the same problem. When changing the light setting to ‘off’ or ‘low’ on the Hybrid Connect within the My BT app, it doesn’t save the new setting and just stays on ‘high’ all the time. It’s very bright! 😠
