Hybrid connect -cost

Hi, I'm a new customer my hub and hybrid connect have just been delivered and I'm wondering if there is any charges for using the hybrid connect before my activation date? I've searched everywhere but the only info I've found is that you don't get charged until your activation date. Does that mean you'll pay for data used before activation date in your first bill or is it totally free? I don't want to use it if I'm going to have to pay.

Hi, @Summer71 welcome to the community and thanks for posting. There are no additional charges for the data you use on the Halo 3 hybrid connect service. The idea is that you are not left without a connection whilst you wait for the activation date or for a fault to be repaired.
