I am a new BT customer and the engineer is not calling out until 24/03.
I got the hybrid connect along with the smart hub 2 so that I could work from home until the engineer calls out to install the Internet.
Unfortunately the hybrid connect is not working. I have been on the phone the last 4 days trying to solve the issue, I have factory resetted everything numerous times but nothing is working.
When I am trying to connect, it comes up as connected no Internet connection. Has anyone experienced the same problem?
I am in urgent need for the hybrid connect to work as I rely on Internet to work from home and at the minute this is not possible.
The lights on the hybrid connect are blue and the smart hub 2 light is purple.
