So I have found that I have two master sockets and two lines coming too my property. I am wondering if one of these might be a better line maybe even fibre to the premises.
if you are a BT broadband customer then enter your phone number and post results

Here’s the stats it gave me, when they transferred us to this address it took around a month as they couldn’t find the line. So a bit confused with the two boxes and two lines.

that shows FTTC is available but not FTTP FTTPoD is not the same and more business orientated
Okay then, could that be because of the phone line provided to us if it’s the wrong line. Just a bit confused as to why there are two lines coming in?
I don't know why there are 2 line unless someone was running a business on 1 and residential on the other your phone number show what is available and there is no FTTP available to you the other line is more than likely connected to same street cabinet
