ICP 6023
Good morning all
I've been getting the IPC-6023 error for a couple of weeks having stopped by Big Sport subscription for a couple of months at the end of the football season and then restarting . I also took the opportunity to upgrade the BT Box to Pro.
I’ve made calls to the help desk but end up having the same conversations doing all the troubleshooting measures such as factory resetting but nothing fixes the problem. Anything other than BT subscribed channels are fine.
I’m sure this is a configuration issue at BT's end but I can’t get anyone at BT to fix it. An engineer is coming next week which is going to be a waste of time.
Can any BT folk reading this offer some help??
For information, the Pro box is connected directly to my BT Hub via an ethernet cable and I'm on the BT Fibre Halo 2 complete Wi-Fi broadband package, zero issues with my internet connection. This is not an intermittent issue. I reconnected the old BT hub and the issue is unresolved so it’s not the Box.
