ID error 003 EE Sub BT Sport. Telling me to upgrade package...

I have BT Sport sub with EE account, its telling me i need to upgrade. Please help.

Have you checked the help at www.bt.com/help/id003 @allyjaay ? It should help you correctly associate your EE subscription with your BT ID.

Yes I have, I've been using BT with EE for awhile now I'm not new... I reset my password now it's broken....

Resetting your password wouldn't cause ID003 error @allyjaay - it specifically means we can't find an active subscription on your BT ID.
Please send me a DM with the BT ID you're trying to use, and I'll check it out.
