I'm sure this isn't going to make you feel any better @Davidjlplatt but from the logs I can see that it's only happening to you - no other reports of ID005 from any other devices today.

The reason it should never happen is you've logged in successfully, so system A says "this user is valid and has a subscription". It then passes a token to system B which includes your subscription details ... ID005 occurs when the token doesn't have any subscription in it, so system B doesn't know what to show you.

I'm going to need to raise a support ticket to get someone to trace your account through both systems. This won't be looked at until tomorrow I'm afraid.

Sorry to jump on this thread. But I am having issues with the error code ID003.

I have had this added as part of my mobile contract with EE, and followed the instructions to the letter.

Everything is showing as active on EE and my BT, EE aren’t exactly helping, so I’m reaching out here for some help please.
