ID003

I have activated my BTID ( I had an old one already) after buying the BT Sport app via Plusnet. On the Plusnet site, after following all the set up steps, it says it should all work now if I download the BT sport app and login with my BT ID but I keep seeing the ID003 message saying no BTSport subscription!

 

Can someone help please?

When did you follow the set up steps @sgu99bdp ? It looks like our processes may have become stuck this evening, which will be causing delays.
