Hi,
I contacted BT on the 14th Aug with the issue of ID003 when I try to sign in to the bt sport app. I signed up for bt sport through EE went through all the set up fine which said it will take 24 hours but have not been able to sign in for a week.
I can sign in on my bt account online fine but it says I have no products at all.
I was told a webform with the issue was sent but still have no resolution.
Any help would be great.
Hi @Jackdm7, welcome to the forum and thanks for your post. As you have BT Sport vis EE you would need to contact them for help with this. Have a look at the EE Help Page for ID003 error code and you may be able to resolve it.
