Impossible to buy Sports Pass!

 I want to buy a monthly Sports Pass but the application form doesn't recognise my postcode. I live on the Isle of Man and have no problem subscribing to NOW TV from Sky - but can't manage to buy the BT Sports app.

Surely it's available for Isle of Man residents!
