In Smart Hub 2 Manager the 'remove' button beside devices in My Network isn't working?

Hence it is connected and you can't remove it from the list. It is not a means of disconnecting devices.

Hi @Davidchelmsford   You switch off the device? You can “disconnect” everything by factory resetting the hub.

.....but it will just re-connect again.
