Incorrect payment default on credit file

Hello good morning dear Admins,

I have a wrong default in my report for my final bill which as paid when I was settled in my new address.

I am not sure why it was defaulted as I was always in contact with your team by phone.

Please can you correct this information?

Thanks,

Re: Incorrect payment default on credit file

It's showing as being defaulted by BT, so its not a problem from the agencies.

Which is why it needs disputed if you feel it's wrong, you raise the dispute with the credit agency and receive a reference, the credit agencies contact BT, they investigate and come back with the findings, if incorrect it gets corrected.
