Really bad service for a couple of days now. Three times I have rang customer service who have 'reset' my hub and claim that nothing is wrong but the hub then starts flashing to purple and requires me to reset the hub until I can get it to work again. On third time I rang support person hung up on me and did not bother ringing back.
This is getting stupid now and I am close to breaking the thing. Really tempted to sign up to someone else. This is NOT what I am paying for
Is there any noise on your phone calls? Dial 17070 and select option 2, there should be no noise between the announcements.
