We are on BT Fibre Halo 1.
BT speed predictor for our address is 23 to 32Mb
BT Wholesale speed test is giving results under 23Mb, the last five results were 15, 22, 17, 11, 20.
Upload is a pretty constant 5Mb which is within range but low end.
I would like BT to investigate if possible. What do I do please?

please can you post the stats from your router (if hub enter 192.168.1.254 in your browser) and if HH5 then go to troubleshooting then helpdesk and if HH6/SH2 then advanced settings then technical log information .
Have you tried the quiet line test? - dial 17070 option 2 - should hear nothing - best done with a corded phone. if cordless phone you may hear a 'dull hum' which is normal
run btspeedtester with ethernet connection not wifi and post results

all the speeds quoted by BT are connection speeds to router not download speed at devices
Someone may then be able to offer help/assistance/suggestions to your problem

If you try the steps as suggested by @imjolly it will give us a good indication of how the connection is behaving and what can be done if anything to help improve the speeds.

Ok thanks. We've only recently moved in so will live with it for now and get back. It might be that when I test it properly its ok!
