I am booked for FTTP fitting tomorrow. The BB engineer is booked (unconfirmed) for21/9/20 and the line engineer for 22/9/20 (confirmed). I have had daily emails confirming this. Would it be foolish to imagine that engineer 1 won't be able to do anything useful until after engineer 2 comes a day later?
Or will I be informed tomorrow morning that the dates will change after making arrangements to be present on these two days. As far as I'm concerned BT put a contract in place so I'll expect considerable compensation for missing 2 days work lol.
I don't give the UK a chance out of the common market with it's present chaotic business methods.
