Is there any way to report an issue like this to BT?
Screenshot linked shows that firewall is seeing 2-20minute disconnects multiple times a day. The BT fault reporter doesn't seem to allow anything except testing the connection, which either leads to BT seeing a fault, and creating a fault ticket that is then resolved when the connection reestablishes (without me being able to add information) or not detecting a problem (and also not allowing me to report any particular issues).
Ring either 150 from a BT phone or 0800800150 from a mobile.
It may be beneficial to do a quiet line test first. 17070, best with corded phone. Any noise report line fault not a broadband one.
