I added Extra Box to my BT TV account last week.
The activation date was 02 December, and I've set up the Extra Box, but the order is continuing to show as Open as it believes the Mini-Connectors are still awaiting dispatch - even though they were delivered as expected. Can one of the Mods help me get this order closed, as whilst it's open I'm unable to manage my flexible TV options via the app/ website.

have you actually tried phoning CS 150 or 0800800150 from mobile and get them to update order as now complete

Thanks for the advice. CS have had to raise a 'bridge case' for someone to close the order on Monday / Tuesday. It's not urgent - so all good.
