Does anyone have a solution for why the BT app on android receives emails fine, but when you open the email in the app, the title bar disappears, and so does the ability to reply to them.
Tried various different email apps but the same is happening for all on the BT emails.
Tried deleting the email apps, turning phone on/off, ensuring there is sufficient memory space, and updating google chrome, but none of it is working.
Gmail app seems unaffected (so far) by the problem on android, and the computer/laptop version of BT email is working fine, so why it seems to be an app issue on android.
