The thread you are posting on is three years old. The "Smart set up" is no longer being used by BT.
there is no longer a 'smart setup' in hub manager - you are reading an old thread
Fair enough then what can I do...might just throw out my TV then
Start your own thread stating exactly what the problem is and what if anything you have tried to do to resolve it.
Include what model of TV and what BT hub and type of broadband along with how you are connecting your TV to the BT Hub.
