I have had BT for about 6 months and these past few months I would say the wifi has been a 2/10. At first it was really bad both on games and even social media on my phone but eventually I contacted BT about this and I figured out had like a 6 year old BT hub so I got a new one. After I got the new one it got a bit better and slowly was getting better but since mid October to now it has gotten so bad I keep having lag spikes every second and this is quite usual as I've had lag spikes that happen every second for the past 6 months I've had BT and I'm wondering how I can fix my lag spikes.
