Landline went down Openreach engineer checked roadside cabinet but didn't phone the line to property
Third Openreach engineer visited the property and checked the line feed to find a line spike in a BT underground distribution 63metres away, this way caused by corrosion of cable wire and repaired by 4th engineer.
