Hi, so I'm out of contract with BT and been charged £42 a month for Broadband. Checked the deals with only 24 month contract and no cheaper so I'm looking at switching provider as I'm being offered an 18 month contract and £21 a month.
Question is, BT have emailed wanting next months payment, due on 19th November of £42 and it takes 2 weeks to switch. How does this work? Do I just pay BT the £42 and switch anyway them get refunded the balance for 2 weeks unused Broadband? Any ideas, thanks in advance..

Just place an order with your new provider and everything will be taken care of. Do no stop any payments, any overpayment to BT will be refunded.
