Longer CAT Cable with Red Ends

Hi, 

Just had Halo3 fibre installed. I need to move the router and need a longer cable than what was supplied.

Anyone able to advise on exactly which/what cable I need. It needs to be 3m long.

CAtT5e or CAT6e ethernet cable, doesn't matter what colour the ends are.

OK, that's great. I already have a long ethernet cable.
