Low speeds and dropping out frequently

I am having large issues with speed and services dropping out frequently. Just checked mu current speeds and getting 6.5 down 7 up.

This has been happening for around a week now. 

Should normally be getting between 30 to 35 down. 

Tried resetting router and all that so must be on bus end. Anyone else having same issues. ?

Any noise on your line? 17070 option 2 best wiyh corded phone. You may get a dull background hum with cordless.

Post the connection stats from the hum Advanced settings/technical log/information.

I don't have a land line phone.
