Major ping spikes and constant packet loss - Xbox One

Apologies if this question has already been asked but I cannot find an answer to it.

 

I am on a wired connection to my Xbox One, however whenever somebody in my house is watching Amazon Video I get constant packet loss and ping spikes up to 600ms. As soon as Amazon Video is switched off it seems to be resolved.

 

Is there anything I can do to stop this happening?

buy a 3rd party router which enable you to decide the share of your bandwidth goes to each connection
