That would appear to be just a wireless access point and not a router.

Yep
So today thought would check speeds on the hour ish.
Pretty much without exception the speed tested on iPhone 11 next to SMH2 was 400-420Mbps with Ethernet consistently at 1.1Gbps.
With no change in the house this speed of Wi-fi dropped to just 8Mbps about 9.30pm to 10pm, test at about 10.20pm was back up to 400Mbps. During all the Ethernet speed did not dip.
Very bizarre as appears the hub is restricting this as there were no outside influences no timers set no heating no other Wi-fi devices used in that period it just completely crashed the Wi-fi.
As it stands have SMH2 coming Monday and an Asus ROG Rapture GT-AX11000 ordered. TBH this will get away from the need to use the WiFi discs which don’t seem to provide the speeds that they should do. Would it be best to connect the Asus to the ONT then could the SMH2 be connected to the Asus with Wi-fi off to allow the advanced digital phones to be used or would the SH2 need to connect to ONT then Asus to the SH2 with Ethernet cable
