Hi, I installed the McAfee / BT Virus protect product a couple of years ago with no issues. I have an iMAC running macOS High Sierra. In the last 2 months I have seen a problem whereby the icon at the top of the display shows the McAfee icon lowlighted with a red triangle / exclamation mark. I click it and press to open the BT Virus Console, the app starts to load (shown in the dock at the bottom of the screen) bit then it disappears and no console loads.
I have uninstalled / reinstalled the product a couple of times and it looks ok initially then after a few hours goes back to the state I described above almost like it is loading a virus or product update that cases it to fail.
Any help would be appreciated.
