okay i cannot seem to do that and i cannot seem to delete the post im trying to find out how

You can only edit a post for one hour after posting.

You can delete the screenshot by going into your profile by clicking your avatar, select My profile and under Photos click View All. You can then select the screenshot by ticking the little square in the top left corner. Click on the 3 dots and select Delete all checked images.
