I went for an early hand set upgrade with 30 days left to go on my previous 1 gb plan which had halo applied to the package, as the household has fibre to house and on halo2 package.
new handset arrived yesterday and I now see the new plan has kicked in, but it is not showing either the halo entitlement or the £5 broadband discount.
