Mobile in Finland

I am visiting Finland with my adult son , our mobiles are on the same BT package, but his phone has not connected to the network here ?

So no calls or texts but he can connect to a local wifi , not no roaming data ?

Looking at my account it may want me to increase the spend cap but he has lots of data Tex and calls left in his allowence 

His is a iphone 7 

Any ideas please ?

I think you need a spend cap above zero - have you tried

No , should not have to do that has he has loads of calls etc , but will move it to a £ 5 and try

I think you really need to have a positive spend limit to get the connection even though you may use your existing data and not actually spend anything
