Monthly Pass not activating

 I have purchased the monthly pass this morning with the intention of watching the lunchtime kick off. It’s saying I have no subscription when I try and log in to the mobile BT sport app and the payment is pending on my bank. Do you know if this will resolve before kick off or if there’s anything you can do? Thanks

I would recommend logging into MyBT and checking that it's showing as active there.
