Monthly pass - ID003 error

Hello. I have taken out a monthly pass however when I attempt to login on the iPhone app I'm receiving the ID003 error message. I've also attempted to login via the PS4 app however received a differing error message. Any advice welcome, thanks.

Still no luck I'm afraid, I've had this for a week now. Everything looks correct on my account profile etc. Any further advice please?
