More Nonsense!

Thank you for your recent communication to myself, regarding cutting off more of my channels, not that I ever had the full set to begin with (although you never heard me complain about it, like I should have these past 5 years, did you?). You see, I've never have had the full set, as I live in a 'freeview lite' area, but have I ever asked you for a discount on that? Nope. I continue to stay 'out of contract' (because I just can't wait to get away from your monopolizing **bleep**), but have paid my dues, broadband, TV and Mobile etc., albeit more expensive than if I had 'made a deal' with you to get back in contract, but you continue to try and force me back with this nonsense regardless.

You up the costs continually, and persist in cutting the content delivered, to all, but provide nothing worth paying for (at most £10), all the while, bombarding your customers with price hikes and cutting this and that?, more so if your out of contract, like myself.

I pay you religiously £100 + per month for all my services, whether I am in contract or not, and have done so for over 10 years now, and I will be out the door as quick as lightning, whenever something better comes along, you can be sure of that, hence no contract 🙂

I don't need to speak to 'support', as you don't have any ;), and what I have experienced, is laughable (but certainly not seriously funny).

Re: More Nonsense!

You are aware that freeview is free (clue in the name) & nothing to do with what you pay BT right? If you've chosen not to be in a contract to that's your choice so again not BT's  fault on prices
