I'm currently trying to identify the correct person to speak to at BT. There is no live chat, no e-mail addresses etc. I've been cut off multiple times and no one knows who should deal with it. I'm happy to pay BT to do what I need but they seem to be allergic to making money.
The BT line terminates on the front of the house. It then runs through the house and out onto the back of the house and then externally to the BT master socket. This is not only ridiculous it is also stopping refurbishment especially as it runs through a bathroom.
I need BT to rerun the wire around the property. This will make future fault finding easier and BT will own the cable.
Any ideas on how to coerce BT into charging me for the line move?

the line belongs to openreach not BT Retail
